Pure Protein Review – How Safe and Effective is it?

In existence taking over the pound destruction market is a numbered amount of methods to employ when chasing the destruction of pounds. These methods entail using other items than foods with health in order to hurry your pound elimination process towards your ideal goal. One path of a diet item you may travel down is that of the fat-reduction item. These appear in the shape of either drinks or pills. While the pills are typically of the containment of components that enhance the capabilities of the metabolism you possess, the drinks are more designed to work in the stand-in position for your menu’s meals regularly grown accustomed to by your appetite.

A sizable quantity of the drinks made mention of there will be encountered by you on your quest for an idealistic method to destroy the pounds you no longer possess the desire for. I can act like an assistant to you in making the correct selection of your item. My review of this item titled Pure Protein will push you towards the truth of it.

Do You Know the Best Diet Shakes of 2024?

What is It?

As possibly determined by its title, Pure Protein is a protein-based diet and fitness shake similar to meal replacement drinks designed to banish some calories away from your daily diet. This should help you gradually destroy pounds in a healthy way.  However, while shakes like this usually include ingredients to keep you feeling full and healthy in spite of the meals you’ll be skipping, I’m not really sure if Pure Protein would do a very good job when in regards to goals like that. I have a hope that this review will help you decide if Pure Protein can be defined as the right diet aid for you.

Who Makes It?

According to information in the trenches of Pure Protein’s official website, this product is made by United States Nutrition. Unfortunately, I couldn’t locate an official website for the company itself. However, information that can be found on other sites indicates that United States Nutrition was founded in 2003 and currently operates in Bohemia, New York. A full address for the company can be found on Pure Protein’s official website, along with other forms of contact information such as a phone number, email address and hours of operation.

You can purchase Pure Protein directly from the product’s official website itself. You can buy individual 11 oz. cans of the beverage for $3.19 each, as well as 12-packs for $29.98 and 36-packs for $82.84. Pure Protein is sold with a 100% satisfaction guarantee; the product’s website includes an address where you can deliver the item back for a refund.

EDITOR'S TIP: Combine this supplement with a proven diet shake such as 18SHAKE for better results.

Does Pure Protein Work?

According to reviews found on sites like Amazon, written by people who have actually tried Pure Protein, this product seems like its been pretty well received. People like the taste and are satisfied with the energy that its high amount of protein is able to give them. However, it was not a possibility for me to find too many reviews that really mentioned weight loss, which makes me feel like this product would better serve you as a protein provision than as a food stand-in drink.

Pure Protein’s Ingredients and Dosage

The following nutritional information is available on this product’s official website and packaging:

Amount Per Serving Percent Daily Value
Calories 170 N/A
Calories from fat 10 N/A
Total Fat 1.5 g 2%
Saturated Fat 0.5 g 3%
Trans Fat 0 g 0%
Cholesterol 15 mg 5%
Total Carbs 4g 1%
Dietary Fiber 2 g 8%
Sugars 1 g N/A
Protein 35 g 70%

Since we have this nutritional information, we can learn some pretty important things about Pure Protein. The three most primarily crucial elements on which to focus your attention when considering a meal replacement beverage like this one are the product’s calories, fiber and protein, so let’s give each of these aspects a better look.

Calories and Fat:

For starters, a solitary serving of Pure Protein contains 170 calories. That’s actually a numerous amount for a food stand-in drink, considering many similar beverages often contain as few as 100 or 90 calories per solitary serving. Since we know that 10 of these calories come from fat, we can also determine whether or not Pure Protein meets the qualifications as a high or low-fat product. By the FDA’s standards, a solitary serving of a product like this must be comprised of no more than 5% fat to be considered low-fat. If a solitary serving is in possession more than 20% fat, it’s considered to be high-fat. Here’s the math we have to do to figure out what percentage of a single serving is made up from the product’s fat:

(Calories from fat ÷ Total calories in the product) x 100 = Percentage of fat

(10 ÷ 170) x 100 = 5.8%

So it looks like just less than 6% of a solitary serving of Pure Protein comes from the product’s fat. While that’s not quite low enough for this product to meet the FDA’s low-fat standards, it’s definitely not a high-fat product either. If your goals include cutting out a lot of fat from your diet, which many dieters are, you could definitely do worse than Pure Protein.

Fiber:

While numbering calories can be helpful, it’s much more important to see the amounts of fibers is in a meal replacement drink’s formula. Drinks like this are intended to take the place of the high-calorie meals you’re used to eating. You substitute a shake or smoothie for a duo of meals a day in order to banish calories from your diet and gradually release pounds. However, by cutting out the majority of the food you’re used to eating, you’re probably going to start feeling pretty hungry as hours go past. This may tempt you to eat or snack between periods of meals, an infraction which destroys the purpose of using a dieting item in the first place. This is why drinks like this include fiber in their formulas: to keep you feeling full in between shakes and meals and prevent you from eating and snacking throughout the day.

Unfortunately, it fails to appear like Pure Protein contains very much fiber at all. While many meal substitution beverages contain up to 6 or even 8 grams of fiber, Pure Protein only contains a measly 2 grams. That just doesn’t have the appearance of enough to keep you feeling full throughout the day. In fact, it seems like you would start feeling pretty hungry in between meals, which may result in your starting to eat or snack across the hours. If you fears include something like this, you might want inspect a food stand-in drink that contains a little more fiber in its formula.

Protein:

What Pure Protein lacks in fiber, it compensates for this in a great manner with protein. Given its name, this shouldn’t really be a surprise. Some meal substitution beverages like this only contain 15 or 20 protein grams. Pure Protein in the other situation, is in possession of a whopping 35 protein grams. Considering the sizably large numbers of protein that are in this shake’s formula, it almost seems like it would be more effective to use Pure Protein as a work out supplement rather than as a food stand-in drink. So if your quest is for a shake to assist in your maintainance of your muscle, or even help you build some at the gym, you might want to consider using Pure Protein. However, if your quest is for an item that’s going to lend its assistance in aiding you  toskip meals and keep your belly satisfiedl, Pure Protein might not be the most idealistic option.

Next, let’s examine Pure Protein’s ingredients.

Water Milk protein concentrate Calcium caseinate
Cocoa Natural and artificial flavors Tricalcium phosphate
Cellulose gel Soybean oil Sucralose
Salt Sodium citrate Cellulose gum
Dipotassium phosphate Acesulfame potassium carrageenan

Unfortunately, it looks like there are some ingredients here that a lot of dieters try to avoid. For instance, we can clearly see that there are some unnatural ingredients in this product’s formula, in the presence of artificial sweeteners titled sucralose and acesulfame potassium. Pure Protein also contains soybean oil. If you prefer to avoid artificial ingredients and products containing soy, Pure Protein may lack the ability to be an ideal option for you.

Are There Possible Side Effects?

One of the artificial sweeteners that Pure Protein’s formula contains is acesulfame potassium, which is associated with several negative side effects. Prolonged consumption of this component has been realized to result in headaches, nausea, confusion, vision-related problems, depression and negative kidney and liver conditions. That means you should exercise caution and be careful about how long you consume Pure Protein.

You can locate items that are better on the market for less money.

Conclusion

It seems like there are some cons as well a pros to Pure Protein. As implied by its title, this product is capable of supplying you with great numbers of protein, which may be attractive if you’re making an attempt to pack on muscle, or boost your performance at the gym. However, its formula doesn’t contain too much fiber, so it’s not really going to keep your belly satisfied if you decide to use it as a stand-in for some of your meals. A fact in addition to that is that its formula also contains artificial ingredients and sweeteners. So if you’d prefer a food stand-in drink with natural ingredients that’ll keep you full through your day, Pure Protein isn’t the ideal choice.

One Response to Pure Protein Review – How Safe and Effective is it?

  1. Bjdjjdhfbfbbd says:

It’s whey protein so most likely made for building muscle not for meal replacement … If they wanted you to feel full longer they would have made it with casein protein or atleast a blend if both. You sure wasted alot of peoples time… And meal replacements are bad just go with a slight caloric deficit then increase deficit over some time till your stomach gets used to eating less. This on top of a healthy diet and regular excercise is how you would aim to lose weight there’s no magic meal replacement there’s hard work.
