Calotren Review – Does it Really Work?
What caught my eye with on the company’s website, was the figure with his arms raised high above his head whilst standing on a globe. Such positivity! This must be the greatest diet pill ever! This is what I imagine the intention of placing this image was by the company. I could only surmise that only good things are expected to come from a company that bolsters itself so. So this is what I expected when I first decided to review Calotren.
But looks are deceiving factors, as I have experienced not only on occasion but ad infinitum while reviewing health supplements. There is a lot of manipulation that may go into the aesthetic properties that a diet pill may offer on it’s website. It is important to be aware of this and the influence they may have on you, even on a subliminal level.
I go into this review not with dark cynicism, but with a questioning state of mind. I wanted to know the truth about Calotren. Is it as good as they say?
What is it?
Calotren fancies itself to be a natural supplement that fires up the metabolic rate, with the ultimate result being a subtraction of pounds in the user. Additionally, this product is supposed to aid sleep, as well as relieving any pain that the user feels in their joints.
This concoction is ambidextrous, as it comes in more than one form. So if you are someone who is tired of consuming capsules, you can always drink Calotren. But just because there are multiple ways to take this product, that doesn’t necessarily make it any more dandy. Top Rated Products don’t use such gimmicks.
Similar to other diet pills, there is a strong urge that this company makes toward routine exercise and a proper diet that has a smaller amount of calories than what users may be used to.
It’s with this inclusion that the product is supposed to work at it’s apex, but it makes me wonder, why not just do that and skip the product entirely? This is a noteable point, as the product cost $69.95 .
Who makes it?
The Big Bend State, known nationally as Tennessee, is home to Top of the World Distributors, the makers of Calotren. The company was founded in 1997 by Randy Roney and Lisa Roney out of Union City, Tennessee. With the Mr. having a background in sales and the Mrs. having hers in healthcare, the two decided to get into the health supplement business.
The company likes to gasconade that it’s products are consumed not only on a domestic scale, but on a global one. They assert that their products are of exceptional quality, and it’s this that makes them a superior in the health supplement galaxy.
The team that supports this duo has a joined experience expanding over 60 years. Unlike other conglomerates in the business, this company likes to pride itself with customer service that feels genuine, and not as if some automated message is talking to their consumers. The BBB (Better Business Bureau) has rated this company with an A+. Top Rated Products have companies that also have similar ratings.
Does Calotren work?
With obvious reference in the name, collagen is a main ingredient in Calotren. You may have heard of this substance in various skin creams, as it is recognized to improve skin health. Collagen is not limited to aiding the epidermis but also supports overall health as well.
In the case of this product, it is used to incinerate fat and sugar, resulting in a drop in weight the next time the user steps on the scale, or so is claimed. Lean muscle is also improved with collagen. While this is also acclaimed to support sleep and alleviate pain in the joints, it feels as a bit of a distraction, because after all, what we are here for is weight loss.
I could not find any studies on the website that support assertions that this product could actually aid people in losing weight. True, they do state that there are nutritional experts on their staff, but saying that you are good at something and proving it are two separate things entirely. Additionally the website offers no reviews that may verify that this product is at all competent.
I also don’t like how the company hides it’s ingredients behind a proprietary blend, because in doing that, I have no idea exactly what I am taking, or for that matter how much of it. Sure there is collagen, but what else? They don’t find the need to specify.
Despite the company supplying a void of information, I was able to ascertain that collagen hydrolysate and aloe vera are the primary ingredients in both the liquid and capsule products.

Are there possible side effects?
While lacking any stimulants, that doesn’t equate this product to be free of any side effects. Aloe vera is acknowledged to cause dehydration, allergic skin reactions (when applied topically) and constipation. There is also a risk of dependence when this is taken as a laxative. Electrolytes may become unbalanced, and additionally wounds may heal at a slower than usual rate.
While collagen is necessary for the body, an excess of it is not recommended. Fatigue, bone pain and having abnormal heart rhythms may be experienced from this substance. Furthermore, any allergic reactions to food or other kinds of allergens may be intensified.
It may be true that this concoction may assuage issues with your joints or your sleep, but if you are here to drop your weight to a lower level, this really isn’t the product that you are looking for. I could find no scientific data to back up assertions that this product in anyway aids in that matter.
It’s my belief that the company really uses the bright and friendly colors for sales, which isn’t a surprise as one of the co-founders has a background in that field. That said, I would suggest that other weight loss products may help you find that shining star in the mirror that you always knew was you.
