Burn 60 Review – How Safe and Effective is it?

With the market containing the wide variety of diet pills that it does, each concoction tries to find new ways to garner attention from their prospective users. Some diet pills talk so much about themselves, that they have entire webpages dedicated to every single aspect that is imaginable. Others may offer charts that compare them to their competitors, which undoubtedly show their concoctions being superior in a vast assortment of ways. And always there is some mentioning for the user to buy the product immediately because of possibly limited stock or may be because there is a special offer that is only available for an amount of time that is limited.

Unlike other products that may offer product descriptions that may take up an entire page, Burn 60 opts to go the alternate route, instead only featuring a few bullet points and a few brief lines about it’s qualities. I can’t really say if playing the minimalist card is necessarily the best marketing practice to employ, but that is what the company already decided to do.

So do the results of this concoction speak louder than the marketing copy? This article will break it down.

What is it?

What Burn 60 about itself is that it steps up both the metabolic rate as well as energy levels and additionally triggers thermogenesis as well. Just like many other weight management products that are available, Burn 60 makes sure to include mentioning that it is with the inclusion of regular exercise and a healthy diet that has fewer calories than before that the best results are witnessed.

Besides that there isn’t a lot of other information that Burn 60 makes aware about itself. Unlike other diet pills that make assertions about themselves without any proof, Burn 60 does include a study, albeit with it’s own issues (more on that later). In spite of this, the GNC brand name has garnered enough attention to make people want to buy this product anyway.

EDITOR'S TIP: Combine this supplement with a proven fat burner such as Sletrokor for better results.

So does the name brand the only reason people buy this concoction? Or is there some credence to the allegations made by the company? The following article will break it down.

Who makes it?

General Nutrition Centers, also known as GNC is the company that can be credited for taking Burn 60 past the point of idea and into the realm of reality. This company, which has its headquarters in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was started in 1935 by David Shakarian, and within a year a second store was opened. Despite the Ohio river flood that happened a year later which would completely destroy both stores, the company would go on to expand in five additional locations after the flood. After only being in existence for a year, the store would go on to be registered as a corporation.

Today there are GNC stores all across the United States, even expanding into 49 other countries. The company has garnered numerous awards for it’s health and nutritional supplements, although this doesn’t necessarily mean that all of their products are known to be of unbeatable high-caliber quality. Moreover, the company has had it’s share of lawsuits by franchise owners who decried the company for trying to close their businesses so that GNC could have corporate control over them. This included tactics such as charging their franchises high “reset fees” when imaging is taken into account, as well as making the franchises sell corporate owned products at a much lower rate. In spite of these lawsuits, the company has still maintained its recognizability to people across the nation and the world.

Does Burn 60 work?

Because Burn 60 comes from such a well known brand, the easy assumption to make from this is that of course the product works. As mentioned earlier, there is a study included on the product’s webpage. This study was made up of 22 men and women who were in good health, who spent time on a treadmill, at one point taking a placebo before the exercise, the other time taking Burn 60 before. The results displayed that people burned 60% more calories when taking this concoction. However there are a few factors that weren’t mentioned. For one, people usually incinerate more calories after a workout regardless of what they do or don’t take. Secondly, this study was done on a small sample of people. If the amount of participants was increased, the results may not have turned out the same. There is also no mention as to if this study was ever tested so as to solidify validity.

Burn 60 Ingredients and Dosage

There are only 6 different ingredients in Burn 60, which is opposed to other supplements that overload their products with so many ingredients that the end result is completely diluted. The amount of caffeine in this product is more than a cup of coffee holds within it. Because of this it is also recommended that people not take this product around when they sleep, as it may cause insomnia. There are other ingredients included that are used to govern blood sugar levels such as the MegaNatural Grape skin and seed. It is not mentioned however what kind of MegaNatural is included in this concoction so the result may be a reduction in blood pressure instead. We find this a bit confusing as to why the company would leave a detail such as this omitted from it’s website. Additionally the ginger that is included not only helps reduce inflammation and other digestive ailments, but also acts to eliminate the appetite as well.

Are there potential side effects?

Despite its well recognized name and the study that gives this product a bit more validity than other diet pills that fail to provide, that doesn’t mean that Burn 60 is free of side effects. People who have taken this product have reported jitters, dizziness, palpitations, cramps, nausea and hypertension. These may arise because of the high amount of caffeine that is packed into these diet pills. People who have a sensitive relationship with stimulants may have a higher likelihood of experiencing these adverse reactions. Other adverse reactions from caffeine include increased urine flow, dehydration heightened heart rate as well as blood pressure. Women who are nursing or in stages of pregnancy are not advised to take this product.

Top Rated Products are not made with high levels of caffeine, so as to distance themselves from the possibility of side effects.

Conclusion

Just because a product may come from a well known brand, that doesn’t necessarily mean that it is inevitably going to be successful in reaching its goals. There may be a study that was done on this concoction, but the sample size was too small to really prove that this would happen in any random larger pool. Additionally the level of caffeine that this product has may have people experiencing adverse reactions. While this byproduct of substances may not contain anything that is especially harmful to health, the effects that it may have on weight loss have only short term sustainability. It is because of this that we cannot recommend this product.

Top Rated Products are known to assist people with long term goals of weight management.
