Metabolic Reset Review – The Truth About This Product.

Metabolic Reset is a food fill-in drink that can allegedly help you control the amount of calories you ingest in a day, while keeping you feeling full and energized with healthy doses of protein, fiber and nutrients. By limiting your calorie consumption while providing your body necessary components, you should be able to remain healthy while eating less and gradually losing weight. If a weight loss plan like this sounds good to you, continue reading this comprehensive review of Metabolic Reset.

Now, you may be in possession of the methods employed by this item to destroy your pounds. You probably think that cutting out a few meals a day will leave you feeling weak, malnourished and hungry. However, Nature’s Way assures you that’s not the case. According to the company, Metabolic Reset has all the nutrients and potent proteins necessary for your body’s health to be sustained, as well as appropriate numbers of fiber to keep your stomach feeling full in between shakes and meals. This should also prohibit you from snacking in the hours across the day, cutting out even more of the calories your body is used to getting.

Do You Know the Best Diet Shakes of 2024?

What is It?

I have no knowledge for why Metabolic Reset is named in the manner that it is, because there is no appearance of capabilities to do anything to have any effect on your metabolism whatsoever. In fact, Metabolic Reset has no appearance of the abilities of doing anything to improve the way your metabolism works or the way your body burns fat at all. However, the meaning of this not that you can use it to destroy pounds. Some work and diligence on your part may be a necessity though. The reason for this that the sole method for destroying pounds by using Metabolic Reset is to incorporate it into your diet as a meal replacement. This will mean using it as a fill-in for the high calorie meals that your mouth is accustomed to eating. By simply cutting out two meals a day for two Metabolic Reset shakes, you should be able to limit and control the amount of calories you consume, which should result in some gradual and healthy pound destruction.

Who Makes It?

Metabolic Reset is a creation of the relatively popular supplement company Nature’s Way, which is responsible for a number of nutritional and health supplements currently on the market. Founded by 1968 by Tom Murdock in Arizona, Nature’s Way focuses on designing products made with natural herbs and other botanical ingredients. All too often, I come across supplement manufacturers that don’t really seem too trustworthy. However, Nature’s Way’s history of success in the supplement business delivers an impression that they exist as a company you can trust. If a company seem relatively new, it’s impossible to really know too much about their business practices. However, if they’re managed to remain in business for more almost fifty years the way Nature’s Way has, you can be pretty assured that they’re trustworthy enough that customers keep coming back.

The only thing that disappointed me about Nature’s Way is the inability to buy the company’s products directly from their website itself. Buying directly from a company itself is always the most ideal method to retain peace of mind not only that you’re getting what you intend your money to buy, in addition to the company takeing full responsibility for its products. While Nature’s Way does provides links to buy its products from other online marketplaces, I’d just find it more convenient and I’d feel better if you could buy directly from Nature’s Way themselves.

Does Metabolic Reset Work?

Unfortunately, looking at testimonials by people whose experience includes having tried Metabolic Reset, results do not seem to be guaranteed. While some users do seem to have lost weight by replacing some meals with Metabolic Reset shakes, others didn’t find the product filling at all. Multiple reviews also claimed that this shake tastes bad, so if you can’t live on two shakes a day that you might think tastes bad, you should consider trying something else.

Metabolic Reset’s Ingredients and Dosage

The following nutritional information is available on this product’s official website and packaging:

Amount Per Serving Percent Daily Value
Calories   130 N/A
Calories from fat   10 N/A
Total Fat   1g 1%
Saturated Fat   ??? N/A
Trans Fat   ??? N/A
Cholesterol   2mg 1%
Total Carbs   13g 4%
Dietary Fiber   7g 26%
Sugars   4g N/A
Protein   21g 46%

It looks like a solitary serving of Metabolic Reset contains 130 calories. That’s not terrible compared to the amount of calories you probably consume from the food you’re already eating, but it’s not exactly the lowest amount that I’ve seen in shakes like this, some of which contain less than 100 calories per serving.

Since we know how many calories are in a solitary serving of Metabolic Reset, as well as what numeral of these calories originate from the product’s fat, we can perform small amounts of math to figure out what percentage of a solitary serving of Metabolic Reset consists of fat. Here’s how you can figure that out:

Fat Calories / Total Calories X 100

10 / 130 X 100 = 7.5

So only 7.5% of a solitary serving of Metabolic Reset consist of fat. The FDA considers products with a percentage higher than 20% to be highest in fat, which means that Metabolic Reset is definitely towards the lower end of the spectrum.

While we can figure this information out on our own, I was a little put off by the fact that the makers of Metabolic Reset have failed to disclose how much saturated and trans fat can be found in their product’s formula. It’s always disappointing to see information missing from a product’s nutritional label.

Metabolic Reset contains the following components:

Vitamin A Vitamin C Vitamin D
Vitamin E Thiamin Riboflavin
Niacin Vitamin B6 Folic Acid
Vitamin B12 Biotin Pantothenic Acid
Calcium Iron Phosphorus
Iodine Magnesium Zinc
Copper Sodium Potassium
Whey Protein Isolate Oat Beta-Glucan Concentrate Chicory root extract
Xanthan gum Stevia extract Soy Lecithin

To be frank, I’m actually pretty impressed with this shake’s ingredients. For one thing, it contains 21 grams of protein, which seems like it actually would be enough to keep energized and healthy as you go about your day, even though you’d be skipping a few meals. And while other meal replacement products like this one all too often tend to skimp on the fiber, between its dietary fiber and soluble fiber, Metabolic Reset offers 11 grams. This should actually be enough to keep your stomach feeling full in between shakes and meals so that you won’t be attempted to snack and consume unnecessary calories that’ll probably just end up being stored as fat. With this information, I don’t know what to make of the negative testimonials by users who didn’t find this product filling enough. Of course, some people just may be harder to keep satisfied than others; regardless, the effects of this product unfortunately do not seem guaranteed.

Metabolic Reset contains soy, which many dieters try to stay away from. However, it only contains Soy Lecithin and not the more harmful Soy Protein Isolate, which has been known to result in lowered hormone levels in your thyroid and a weakened immune system. It doesn’t look like you’d have problems with either of these health complications with Metabolic Reset though.

Are There Possible Side Effects?

I wasn’t able to find any reviews written by users who have claimed to suffer negative side effects as a result of drinking Metabolic Reset. While Soy Protein Isolate can weaken your immune system and reduce the amount of hormones in your Thyroid, the Soy Lecithin in Metabolic Reset’s formula shouldn’t result in the same health complications.

You can find something better on the market for amounts of money that do not exceed this one.

Conclusion

While some people seem to have lost weight by employing Metabolic Reset as a substitute for a few of their daily meals, others haven’t seen any weight loss results at all. If you’re looking for a more reliable form of weight loss supplement, you may want to look elsewhere. Considering it might be a little difficult to drink two shakes a day if you aren’t fond of how they taste, you might want to look for a meal replacement drink that sounds like it might be a little more enjoyable.
