Fastin-XR Review – Is Fastin-XR Safe?

While there are products that are available that support facets of weight loss such as thermogenesis, fat absorption prohibition or even laxative use, others decide to go a different way altogether and jam pack their products full of stimulants. This is done in the belief that weight loss will occur after the user has expended the massive amount of energy the will receive from using these concoctions. While this may sound plausible to some, the results don’t always pan out as they are retailed to. Fastin-XR is a concoction that alleges that it will give it’s users energy over an extended period of time, hence the XR (extended) in the name. So can this product live up to it’s marketing copy? Is it safe for everyone to use? The article below will break it down.

What is it?

Fastin-XR is a concoction that alleges that it will have it’s users surging with energy throughout the day. In addition to this, Fastin-XR also asserts that it will obliterate fat and have the metabolic rate soaring. To quench hunger pangs, this product uses an ingredient known as 5-Methoxytryptamine HCl, which affects the serotonin receptors in the brain, which after being stimulated, result in a loss of the sensation of hunger.

Past this information however, there isn’t much more that is offered on the official website. The other information that is provided mentions that this product may be purchased without a prescription, that it costs $49.95 for one bottle and that the stock of Fastin-XR that is currently being carried is in limited supply.

EDITOR'S TIP: Combine this supplement with a proven fat burner such as Sletrokor for better results.

There is also no mention as to who this product is specifically meant for, be it overweight individuals who need to lose weight because of health related issues, athletic people who are competing and looking to get to the apex of their abilities or casual dieter looking to lose a couple extra pounds.

Who makes it?

Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals is the Norcross, Georgia based company that is known for producing Fastin-XR. Established in 1994, the company is known for manufacturing products in the fields of sexual health, neuro enhancement, fitness and weight loss. Currently the company has 45 different products under its brand name. The company also supports a section of their official website dedicated to their R&D (Research and Development) team, which they assert is one of the industries most superior. They go so far as to even specify the different pieces of equipment that their employees use.

What I find a bit ironic however, is that despite being a company that gasconades to be “hi-tech”, they don’t have any social media presence displayed. This is an important facet to business and marketing in our contemporary world, and not understanding how it is vital to implement these media platforms makes the company as a whole not feel as up-to-date as they should. Additionally missing from the official website is a blog of any sort, as well as a community center where users may interact with one another.

In April 2024, the company received a letter from the FDA (Food and Drug Administration)  about an ingredient that is found in Fastin-XR, Beta-methylphenethylamine, which would have led to the product itself being misbranded. If Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals didn’t comply with the FDA’s demands (which they did), the government body would have taken action against the company.

Does Fastin-XR work?

If there is one thing that this product will likely do, it is give the people who use it an incredible surge of energy. This is because practically all of the ingredients in this concoction are stimulants. The range of strength that these substances exist in go from the mild green tea to the much more powerful (and potentially dangerous) synephrine HCl and 1,3-dimethylamylamine. In spite of what the company alleges about it’s product, there have been no clinical studies contributed anywhere on the official website, neither of the individual ingredients, nor of the concoction as a whole. Furthermore, the Fastin-XR’s official website lacks any mention of how regular exercise and a diet that is devoid of excessive amounts of sugars and fats plays into weight loss. To lack all these different aspects, from the clinical studies to not mentioning exercise and diet, make me feel that this product has less of a likelihood of working as it is intended to. Backing this up, I found many reviews that have derogated this byproduct of substances. Some users saw no change in the amount of weight that they carried on their frames, and one user in particular actually saw an increase in weight!

Fastin-XR Ingredients and Dosage

Fastin-XR is comprised of 9 ingredients, 8 of which are concocted together in a proprietary blend. For none of the ingredients is there any mention of a daily recommended value. The sole ingredient to remain outside of the proprietary blend is caffeine anhydrous, which comes in an amount of 150 mg. The ingredients that make up the proprietary blend are synephrine HCl, 1,3-dimethylamylamine, theobromine, acacia rigidula extract (leaves) [which have 200 mg of the phenylethylamine alkaloids the likes of which include: Phenylethylamine, methylsynephrine, N-Methyl-B-Phenylethylamine and R-Beta-Methylphenylethylamine], yohimbine HCl, green tea leaves, naringin and 5-Methoxytryptamine HCl. Almost all these ingredients are known to act as stimulants, although N-Methyl-B-Phenylethylamine is known to act as an appetite quasher and while theobromine acts as a stimulant as well, it also may reduce blood pressure. 1,3-Dimethylamylamine is an incredibly powerful stimulant that has been banned because of the adverse reactions it may cause to users. Nevertheless it has found it’s way into this product. It is recommend that people take only 2 capsules a day and to not exceed this amount. One of these capsules is to be taken in the morning and the second capsule is to be taken after lunch.

Are there potential side effects?

With so many stimulants within it, Fastin-XR is a product that is far from free of adverse effects. These side effects include shortness of breath, jitters, palpitations (rapid heart rate), nausea, hypertension (high blood pressure), vomiting, nausea, and in more extreme cases cerebrovascular accident (stroke) and myocardial infarction (heart attack). Because of the powerful stimulants 1,3-Dimethylamylamine and synephrine HCl, it is even possible for younger, healthier users to even experience the more severe of these side effects! As previously mentioned, 1,3-Dimethylamylamine (also known as DMAA) is a banned substance, and while synephrine HCl is legal, it is also the chemical twin to the illegal substance known as ephedrine. And that’s not even mentioning that these two are mixed with many other stimulants! Women who are in stages of pregnancy or who are nursing are not advised to take this concoction. Similarly, if you are someone who suffers from a pre-existing health condition or if you have a frail relationship with stimulants, use of this product is not advisable either. In the very least, it is recommended to talk with a healthcare provider before use of this product has begun. Persons under the age of 18 years are additionally barred from use of Fastin-XR.

Top Rated Products don’t contain dangerous stimulants that may be known to be incredibly hazardous to overall health.

Conclusion

With such a wide assortment of stimulants comprising the makeup of Fastin-XR, there is a high likelihood that adverse effects may be experienced by people who consume this product. Moreover, the official website fails to provide any clinical studies that would support assertions that this diet pill does indeed operate as efficiently as it is marketed to consumers to. Also missing from this concoction, is any mention as to how exercise and diet play a role in weight loss at all. While this may give you a decent magnification of your energy levels, that doesn’t mean that weight will be lost as well automatically. It is my recommendation that you try other diet pills that are available on the market, that don’t include substances within them that may potentially harm you if you are not careful.

Top Rated Products contain ingredients that are known to be safe for human consumption. Despite this, if there are any adverse reactions that may be experienced, they always have a warning on the label.
