From this we can gather that PhenRx includes ingredients that act as stimulants (1,3,7 trimethylxanthine, synephrine HCl, N,N-dimethyl-4-hydroxyphenylethylamine, schizandrol), a substance that makes these more potent (yohimbine), as well as substances that are meant to magnify positive feelings in the user’s mind (5 HTP, Beta-phenylethylamine). Users are advised to take a single capsule before lunch and repeat the process before dinner. If the user is experienced with this product, an additional capsule may be added.

Lastly, the case of the Amazon.com user who experienced liver damage from use of this supplement has me a bit worried for anyone else that may be thinking of using this product to acheive their target weight. There are safer products available on the market that won’t harm you in such horrendous ways. All it takes, is a little research into what you are going to buy before you consume it.
